Using Stride

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to consent to these terms, to use Stride. You agree to use Stride lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with it, attempt to access it without authorization, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Health and safety

Stride is for general fitness and informational purposes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Step counts, distance, calories, and heart rate are estimates and may not be exact. Talk to a doctor before starting an exercise program, and stay aware of your surroundings when walking or running. You use Stride at your own risk.

Accounts and friends

Some features require signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for your account activity. Only accept friend requests from people you want to see your activity totals. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.

Stride Pro subscriptions

• Stride Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID, at the price shown in the app before you subscribe. Current prices are $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year in the United States, and ₹199 per month or ₹2,499 per year in India. Prices in other regions are set by Apple and may include taxes.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Pro includes AI shoe generation credits each paid subscription month. Unused credits do not roll over unless the app says otherwise.
• Features and pricing may change. We will give notice where required.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos and links you submit. You give us a limited license to process them to provide the features you request, such as generating an AI shoe collectible. Only submit content you have the right to use. AI-generated collectibles are stylized creations inspired by your input, may be imperfect, and are for personal, non-commercial use within Stride.

Our intellectual property

Stride, including its design, shoes, icons, and software, belongs to us and our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Stride running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Stride is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury or loss arising from your use of Stride, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Termination

You can stop using Stride at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination will do so.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use Stride after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
